Amazing customer service! They did all of the electrical on our new home build in 2017. The can lights they put in had a defect from the factory where they would randomly pop out of the ceiling. Almost 5 years later, they made a huge effort with the manufacturer to get a new model and replaced every single one of them. The communication was amazing.
